- Operate forklift in a proper manner ensuring no accidents or damages
- Ensure forklift is optimally utilized and regularly maintained
- Carry out daily inspection of equipment prior to usage
- Report any discrepancy or accidents immediately to supervisor
- Follow instructions during loading and downloading material while observing HSE policies
- Prepare material for outbound
- Ensure materials are stacked accurately assuring safe and proper placement
- Report damages immediately to supervisor
- Elevate potential problems, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement to supervisor
Requirements
- High School education
- 2 years forklift experience in UAE
- Valid UAE Forklift Licence
- Basic Communication Skills
- Excellent hand/eye co ordination
- Aptitude towards safety

Purpose
- Ensure offloading, put away, picking and packing processes for inbound and outbound operations are performed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Operating the forklift in a proper manner and ensuring that no accidents / damages are caused due to negligent driving.
- Ensuring that the forklift is optimally utilized and regularly maintained.
- Carrying out daily inspection of equipment prior to usage to ensure safe operation.
- Reporting any discrepancy to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring to stop operation of equipment at any given time in the event of malfunction.
- Reporting accidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Following instructions from the supervisor during Loading and Downloading material whilst observing HSE policies.
- Preparing material for outbound.
- Ensuring that the materials are stacked accurately assuring safe and proper placement.
- Reporting damages immediately to the supervisor while performing duty.
- Elevating potential problems, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement to the supervisor.
- Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education: High School.
- Work Experience: 2 years forklift experience in UAE.
- Valid UAE Forklift Licence.
- Basic Communication Skills.
- Excellent hand/eye co ordination.
- Aptitude towards safety.
