- Supervise daily painting, decorating, and interior finishing works on site
- Coordinate and manage painters, helpers, carpenters, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Track material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team
- Resolve site related issues and maintain project progress
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities
- Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Painting and Interior Works
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of painting systems, decorative finishes, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, and interior finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Job Title

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Painting & Interior Works with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of UAE experience, to supervise and coordinate painting and interior finishing activities across construction and fit out projects.
