Purpose of the Role
The Junior Packer performs packaging tasks, checks products and containers before packing, and maintains proper records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Packer in inspecting containers and products against packaging specifications.
- Mark and label containers or products.
- Record product and packaging information on specified forms and records.
- Remove completed or defective products.
- Seal food containers or storage units properly.
- Load products into bags.
- Assist Senior Packers as needed.
Professional Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Zero to one year of full-time work experience.
- Knowledge of maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- One year of packing experience is required.
Interpersonal Requirements
- Ability to work with a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the work.
Accommodation
- Shared bachelor's accommodation would be provided by the company.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,400 per month.
Workplace and Relocation
- Work location is in person.
- Applicants must reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
