Role Overview
Construction company seeking a First Aider for an in-person construction site role in Dubai.
The role provides emergency medical response, manages first aid supplies, and supports UAE occupational health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer first aid or basic life support to injured or ill workers.
- Maintain first aid kits, emergency medical equipment, and site clinic supplies.
- Document injuries, treatments, and medical incidents.
- Coordinate with Safety Officers, HSE teams, and emergency services.
- Support emergency drills, toolbox talks, and accident prevention activities.
- Prepare and transfer injured personnel to clinics or hospitals when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid First Aid and CPR or BLS certification from a recognized or UAE-approved provider.
- One to three or more years of site experience in construction, industrial, or high-risk environments.
- Familiarity with UAE HSE standards, occupational health rules, and construction hazards.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic proficiency is preferred for worker coordination.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively during critical emergencies.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person on a construction site in Dubai.
