The opportunity is for a Field Sales Executive supporting a client in the design, signage, and fit-out industry.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is described as permanent.
Experience and Industry Knowledge
- At least 3 years of UAE sales experience in the fit-out and signage industry.
- Strong knowledge of signboard manufacturing, signage, kiosks, exhibition counters, displays, branding, and related solutions.
- An existing customer or client base in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer requirements.
- Experience in field sales and regular client visits.
Sales and Communication Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare, understand, and follow up on quotations.
- Ability to coordinate with design, production, and operations teams.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

- Generate new business and achieve sales targets for design, signage, fit-out, and related solutions.
- Conduct field sales activities and regular client visits.
- Manage customer relationships, client requirements, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
- Coordinate customer requirements with design, production, and operations teams.
