Job Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Representative to reach out to customers over the phone and help them with their debt management needs. The role involves explaining services, assisting with debt restructuring, and guiding customers towards financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service.
- Closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Gathering data & generating leads.
- Achieving the monthly target.
- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting helpful information.
- Manifesting excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exhibiting confidence in presenting the products over the phone and maintaining customer relationships.
- Addressing the queries about the services of the company and tactfully resolving the same.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales roles.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
