We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Arabic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
- Support management in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
Requirements
- Arabic nationality is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Good command of English (preferred).
- Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per hour
