- Lead and manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and ERP applications
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system across all business functions
- Analyze business requirements and implement Odoo modules and process improvements
- Coordinate Odoo customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Ensure data security, system availability, backup, and disaster recovery
- Manage IT projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor network, server, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures
- Provide technical support and training to end users on Odoo and other business applications
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in IT management
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in Odoo ERP
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional and technical modules
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and Odoo development
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and database management
- Experience managing IT teams and coordinating with third party vendors
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills

Job Criteria

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years of hands on experience in Odoo ERP
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional and technical modules (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Projects, etc.)
- Experience in Odoo implementation, customization, workflow automation, and reporting
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and Odoo development is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and database management
- Experience managing IT teams and coordinating with third party vendors
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Odoo Certification is an advantage
- Experience in facilities management, hospitality, retail, or service industries
- Knowledge of Power BI, business intelligence tools, and system integrations
- PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are an added advantage
Compensation
- Pay: QAR 15,000.00 QAR 17,000.00 per month
