- Conduct barista training for new and existing employees
- Develop and implement coffee preparation and service standards
- Monitor beverage quality and ensure consistency across all outlets
- Evaluate barista performance and provide coaching and corrective training
- Train staff on coffee knowledge, customer service, and equipment handling
- Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Assist in new store openings and support operational training requirements
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Barista
- At least 1 2 years of experience in training and coaching staff
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods, and coffee equipment
- Ability to develop and deliver barista training programs, SOPs, and operational standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and travel between branches if required

Job Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista, with at least 1–2 years of experience in training and coaching staff.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
- Ability to develop and deliver barista training programs, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Experience in conducting skills assessments and performance evaluations for baristas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve high service and product quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and travel between branches if required.
