Responsibilities
- Visit multiple retail outlets daily to perform merchandising tasks
- Ensure product displays meet merchandising standards and planogram compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and perform stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO and monitor product expiration dates
- Maintain shelf organization and product presentation
- Build and maintain customer relationships with store managers
- Prepare accurate merchandising and stock reports
- Meet merchandising schedules and company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational certificate or college education is an advantage
- At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or food distribution
- Experience handling supermarkets, grocery stores, or convenience stores is preferred
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and product display techniques
- Basic understanding of food products and inventory management
- Familiarity with FIFO and product expiration monitoring
- Basic mathematics for stock counting and reporting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting applications)
- Ability to prepare accurate merchandising and stock reports
