About the Role
We are seeking a Key Accounts Executive for our Coffee Department/HORECA sector. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development within the coffee or HORECA industry, and will manage key accounts and drive sales.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key HORECA accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling coffee products, equipment, and services
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates for management
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in coffee, F&B, or HORECA sector
- Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee equipment, and the HORECA market
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa preferred

Job Criteria

- Knowledge of contract negotiations and account profitability management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
