Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day facilities management operations of a large commercial property.
- Manage hard and soft FM services, ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, BMS, and preventive maintenance programmes.
- Manage and develop internal teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, asset lifecycle, and maintenance schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and asset performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Facilities Management
- At least 5 years in a managerial role

Role Overview
- Our client, a leading organisation in Qatar, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a prestigious commercial property.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of integrated facilities management services, maintaining the highest operational standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams to provide a safe, compliant, and customer focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day facilities management operations of a large commercial property.
