Role Overview
Lead facilities operations, team performance, manpower planning, reporting structures, and day-to-day operational activities.
Provide leadership, coaching, escalation management, and operational effectiveness for the facilities team.
Facilities and Infrastructure Management
- Oversee office facilities and infrastructure maintenance across India sites.
- Ensure safety, regulatory, and legal compliance for campuses and multi-tenant locations.
- Manage facilities vendors and coordinate with procurement, legal, compliance, and finance.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for organization-wide requirements.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and improvement.
- Manage transport services for employee convenience and safety.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and champion sustainability and business resilience programs.
Budget and Finance Management
- Plan, monitor, and manage facilities budgets for cost efficiency.
- Track operational expenditure related to facilities, procurement, and logistics.
- Manage the annual operating plan for the India facilities team.
