Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- At least 15 years of progressive construction estimating and tendering experience, including 10 years as an Estimation Manager.
- Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia, with sound knowledge of local labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor markets.
- Extensive construction experience with EPC and main contracting companies.
- Experience estimating major civil, infrastructure, building, or industrial projects relevant to the company’s portfolio.
- Experience dealing with major clients such as NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiyah, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, and Ministry of Defense is highly preferred.
Work Location
- The role is based at the head office in Dammam.
- The work location is in person.
Pay
- Monthly pay is SAR 30,375.00 to SAR 41,553.00.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estimation department.
- Perform construction estimating and tendering for major civil, infrastructure, building, and industrial projects.
- Evaluate labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor market conditions in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop estimates for projects delivered through EPC and main contracting models.
