Role overview
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-enabled products and modern software platforms.
The role combines people leadership, product partnership, and technical execution in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
The manager will lead senior engineers while remaining involved in architecture, technical decisions, and complex implementation challenges.
The position supports AI-assisted and agentic development practices and spans frontend, backend, data, cloud, and AI systems.
Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor senior software engineers and foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable solutions and product outcomes.
- Influence product direction and help teams prioritize meaningful, user-focused outcomes.
- Design and evolve scalable architectures and translate complex initiatives into technical plans.
- Drive AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to improve productivity, quality, testing, and delivery.
- Guide full-stack development using TypeScript, React, Next.js, shadcn/ui, Supabase or Postgres, APIs, and cloud services.
