Overview
- Monitor and analyze mall-wide energy consumption (electricity, CHW, water) using BMS/CAFM/Maximo systems.
- Track daily energy trends, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions (HVAC, lighting, plant operations).
- Prepare monthly energy reports including consumption, cost, variance, and improvement actions for the project.
- Lead energy optimization initiatives (ΔT improvement, HVAC tuning, scheduling, demand control).
- Conduct annual energy audits and benchmarking as per best practices (CIBSE/ASHRAE).
- Coordinate with DCP, specialist vendors, and FM teams to improve system efficiency.
- Support Environmental Management System and sustainability targets set for Project.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and innovative energy solutions.
- Ensure proper metering, data accuracy, and utility tracking across all zones (common areas, tenants, assets).
- Provide RCA for high consumption trends and present actionable improvement plans for the project.
