Furless Beauty Institute is seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Education & Admissions Administrator to support student recruitment, admissions, academic administration, and day-to-day education operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert student inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct course consultations and advise prospective students on suitable learning pathways and career opportunities.
- Drive student enrollments and support the achievement of monthly intake and revenue targets.
- Manage the full admissions process from inquiry through enrollment and onboarding
- Maintain student records, attendance logs, assessments, certifications, and academic documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules, assessments, and operational requirements with educators.
- Ensure compliance with DHA, KHDA, and awarding body requirements
- Prepare admissions, enrollment, revenue, and performance reports
What We'Re Looking For
✔ Candidates with experience in Beauty Education, Aesthetics Training, Beauty Academies, or Cosmetic Training Providers will be highly preferred.
✔ Proven ability to convert leads into enrollments and achieve targets
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
✔ Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
✔ Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
✔ Knowledge of DHA, KHDA, or regulated education environments is an advantage
