- Oversee day to day operations of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring resident and guest experiences reflect luxury standards

Requirements
- Experience in ultra luxury hotels, branded residences, or high end residential developments
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
- English fluency required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, Mandarin) desirable

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring that every resident and their guests experience reflect the refined elegance, discretion, and exceptional service standards synonymous with Dorchester Collection.
- You’ll also act as the senior operational presence on shift, coordinating front‑of‑house teams, while managing resident requests, anticipating needs, and resolving matters with calm professionalism and attention to detail, always in line with safety, security, and luxury service standards.
