- Support senior leadership by monitoring service delivery and ensuring seamless operations
- Proactively manage feedback, incidents, and escalations with discretion
- Ensure accurate reporting, effective shift handovers, and compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
- Experience in ultra luxury hotels, branded residences, or high end residential developments
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, Mandarin) are an advantage

What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of AVA at Palm Jumeirah.
- Act as the senior operational presence on shift, coordinating front‑of‑house teams.
- Manage resident requests, anticipate needs, and resolve matters with calm professionalism.
- Support senior leadership by monitoring service delivery across the residence.
- Proactively manage feedback, incidents, and escalations with discretion and diplomacy.
- Ensure accurate reporting, effective shift handovers, and full compliance with policies and regulations.
What You'll Bring
- You have a talent for leading operations within a five‑star or ultra‑luxury environment.
- Prior experience in ultra‑luxury hotels, branded residences, or high‑end residential developments is essential.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a poised, professional presence.
- English is the primary language; additional languages are highly desirable.
