What you'll do
- Oversee day to day operations of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring every resident and guest experience reflects refined elegance and exceptional service.
- Act as senior operational presence on shift, coordinating front of house teams.
- Manage resident requests, anticipate needs, and resolve matters with calm professionalism.
- Support senior leadership by monitoring service delivery and maintaining exceptional standards.
