The Role

• You'll lead EcomSwap's organic content and social engine - strategy, creation, and execution - working directly with the founders to shape how it grows.
• Day-to-day, you'll:
• Build and grow our organic presence across

TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn

• **Write, shoot, edit, and create short-form content**
• (Reels, TikToks, X threads, carousels) at a consistent cadence
• **Develop content that drives inbound deal flow**
• from founders considering an exit and from qualified buyers
• **Build and manage a content calendar**
• across all socials, aligned with a clear brand voice and business objectives
• **Adapt high-performing organic content**
• into paid creative
• Brief and manage UGC creators and freelancers across the content pipeline
