As we scale, we’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our
organic content engine and social presence
.
The Role
- You'll lead EcomSwap's organic content and social engine - strategy, creation, and execution - working directly with the founders to shape how it grows.
- Day-to-day, you'll:
- Build and grow our organic presence across
TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
- **Write, shoot, edit, and create short-form content**
- (Reels, TikToks, X threads, carousels) at a consistent cadence
- **Develop content that drives inbound deal flow**
- from founders considering an exit and from qualified buyers
- **Build and manage a content calendar**
- across all socials, aligned with a clear brand voice and business objectives
- **Adapt high-performing organic content**
- into paid creative
- Brief and manage UGC creators and freelancers across the content pipeline
- What makes you a good fit for the role?
- Personally built or run social accounts with
- meaningful traction
- and can share links of previous examples
- Have a
- strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing
- , and what makes short-form content actually work
- **Are fluent or a strong communicator in written and spoken English**

- Have spent time in or close to the
- e-commerce or digital brand world
- , and feel at home with its language, platforms, and pace

- Are comfortable being the one
- in front of the camera
- when necessary and directing others
- Nice to have:
- 3+ years working with UGC creators or managing content pipelines
- Experience turning organic content into paid creative that performs
- Media buying experience on Meta or TikTok
- Familiarity with M&A, finance, or B2B-creator content
- What you can expect:

- Real ownership of a content engine you'll be building from the ground up
- Direct exposure to the deals, the brands, and the operators behind some of the most interesting DTC businesses today
