The Role

  • This is a full cycle, client facing advisory role with direct ownership of DTC and e commerce acquisition processes.
  • You will manage deals end to end: understanding the seller’s business, shaping the investment narrative, engaging buyers, leading calls, managing diligence and driving transactions through to closing.
  • You will act as the central point of coordination and trust between founders, buyers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow, and unit economics of DTC and e commerce brands.
  • Building high quality, narrative driven Teaser Decks and investment materials.
  • Leading discovery and qualification calls with founders and buyers.
  • Engaging buyers with clarity, professionalism, and timely follow ups.
  • Managing structured Q&A processes between buyers and sellers.
  • Supporting LOI drafting, negotiation, and alignment on commercial terms.
  • Coordinating due diligence across financial, operational, and marketing workstreams.
  • Overseeing APA preparation, escrow coordination, and closing documentation.
  • Maintaining deal accuracy, momentum, and reporting within ClickUp.
  • Representing EcomSwap with discretion, maturity, and strong commercial awareness.

Requirements

  • 3 7 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
  • Strong financial analysis and business interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in senior level discussions.
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements or live deals simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of DTC, e commerce, SaaS, or digital business models.
  • Strong writing ability for Teasers, summaries, and structured deal communication.
  • Professional presence, credibility, and relationship building capability.
  • On site availability in the UAE (mandatory).
  • A genuine interest and long term commitment to the M&A and acquisitions space.
