About the Role
Ecomswap seeks a Seller Acquisition & Partnerships Lead to drive qualified founder opportunities into their M&A advisory pipeline. You will build relationships with DTC/e-commerce ecosystem partners, generate introductions, manage a CRM pipeline, and hand off qualified leads to the advisory team.

- Build relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7 8 figure DTC and e commerce brands to drive seller acquisition opportunities
- Generate qualified founder introductions through networking, outbound relationship building, referrals, and partnerships
- Help grow and manage Ecomswap's partner ecosystem
- Build and manage a measurable pipeline inside HubSpot (CRM)
- Educate partners on Ecomswap's Ideal Seller Profile and what makes a brand exit ready
- Run qualification calls with founders to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
- Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
- Track and improve intro to mandate conversion
- Represent Ecomswap within the DTC and e commerce ecosystem
Requirements
- Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account management or another relationship focused commercial role
- Naturally confident, outgoing, and strong at building relationships
- Commercially minded and comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and agency owners
- Highly proactive and enjoys working in fast moving environments
- Understands the DTC and e commerce landscape, or excited to learn it quickly
- KPI driven and organized in managing pipeline activity
- Comfortable using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Strong communicator in written and spoken English
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate within approximately 30 days
- Willing to work on site in Business Bay, Dubai

The Role
- Lead Ecomswap's seller acquisition and partnerships pipeline, the primary channel through which qualified founder opportunities reach the Advisory team.
- Build strong relationships across the DTC and e commerce ecosystem while driving a consistent flow of qualified founder opportunities.
Day to day
- Build relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7 8 figure DTC and e commerce brands to drive seller acquisition opportunities.
