Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional first and last impression for everyone visiting AVA at Palm Jumeirah, welcoming residents, their families, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Work in close partnership with the Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure all resident and guest requests are met seamlessly.
- Support luggage delivery and collection when required.
- Remain present, attentive, and well presented throughout the shift, including standing and walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Provide a consistent welcome, assist colleagues to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment
- Friendly personality, polished appearance, and genuine passion for luxury service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- English fluency essential; additional languages an advantage

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for everyone visiting AVA at Palm Jumeirah, welcoming residents, their families, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the distinguished standards of Dorcheste
- You’ll also work in close partnership with the Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure all resident and guest requests are met seamlessly, supporting luggage delivery and collection when required and maintaining open communication to ensure alignment and consistency across all guest touchpoints.

- You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer‑facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment.

- You are detail‑oriented, dependable, and professional, able to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team. - English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
