Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, their families, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy
- Work in partnership with Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure seamless resident and guest requests
- Support luggage delivery and collection when required
- Maintain open communication to ensure alignment across all guest touchpoints
- Remain present, attentive, and well presented throughout the shift
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a similar role or customer facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly personality and polished appearance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- English proficiency

What You'll Do
- Create an exceptional first and last impression for everyone visiting AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Work in close partnership with the Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure all resident and guest requests are met seamlessly
- Support luggage delivery and collection when required
- Remain present, attentive, and well presented throughout the shift, including standing and walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Provide a consistent welcome and assist colleagues to ensure smooth arrivals and departures

- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer‑facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment
