- Create an exceptional first and last impression for everyone visiting AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Welcome residents, families, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy
- Work in partnership with Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure seamless service
- Support luggage delivery and collection when required
- Remain present, attentive, and well presented throughout the shift
- Assist colleagues to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
Requirements
- 1 2 years' experience in a similar role or customer facing position within a luxury hotel or residential environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, dependable, and professional
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varied weather
- English fluency; additional languages are an advantage

- Work in close partnership with Lobby Host and Concierge teams to ensure seamless service.

What you'll bring
