About the Role

- Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across SEO, AI search, PPC, and social media
- Plan, build, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns, managing budgets to meet KPIs and ROI targets
- Own owned marketing strategy including technical SEO, off page SEO, on page SEO, and AI search optimization
- Manage organic social strategy and content calendars
- Act as primary point of contact for clients' digital marketing needs, building strong relationships
- Lead client status calls, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client base and develop new business through audits
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements using data from GA4 and other platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with hands on SEO, AI search, PPC, and social media advertising
- Proven experience creating and managing owned marketing strategies
- Proven experience planning, building, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Prior account management experience with strong client relationships

Purpose of the role
- As our first Digital Performance Manager in Canada, you will be fluent in both English and French and will own the end to end digital marketing performance for your customer portfolio spanning SEO, AI search, PPC, paid and organic social.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across SEO, AI search, PPC, and social media.
- Plan, build, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns, managing budgets to deliver against agreed KPIs and ROI targets.
- Own the owned marketing strategy for your client base, including technical SEO, off page SEO, on page SEO and AI search optimization.
- Manage organic social strategy and content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Adopt an innovative way of working, identifying new channels and tactics to enhance performance.
- Become your clients’ primary point of contact for their digital marketing needs.
- Lead client status calls, monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify areas of opportunity within your existing client base to drive performance and revenue.
- Generate strong working relationships with go to market and customer success teams.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through SEO, AI search and paid marketing audits.
- Establish KPIs for your customer portfolio, monitor performance and drive tangible improvements.
- Actively research and keep up to date with digital marketing trends.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with hands on experience across SEO, AI search, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proven experience in creating and managing owned marketing strategies.
- Proven experience planning, building, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and draw insights from large data sets across multiple channels.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise to customers and internal stakeholders using data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to expertly identify and present new business opportunities to existing customers.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve the best results for your customer portfolio.
- Prior account management experience with a track record of building strong client relationships.
