Role overview
Leadership role for a technologist focused on Linux, embedded systems, connected devices, and edge environments.
Lead a regional Field Engineering team supporting customers through presales, solution architecture, and professional services.

Accountabilities
- Lead and support Field Engineers ranging from graduate to senior level across presales and professional services.
- Set team objectives, plan priorities, and drive progress against agreed goals and commitments.
- Shape team strategy and execution with leadership.
- Coach engineers and support technical and career development.
- Advise customers on complex problems and the business value of Linux and IoT technologies.
- Represent the team and products to customers, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Improve team effectiveness, collaboration, engineering practices, and performance.
- Share market and customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate globally within a primary major time zone and support international travel as required.
