Role overview
Remote Databricks Solution Architect and Databricks Champion opportunity based in the United Arab Emirates.
Design and implement modern lakehouse architectures for enterprise data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
Combine hands-on technical expertise, strategic architecture, delivery ownership, and direct client engagement.
Accountabilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade data and lakehouse architectures using Databricks across complex transformation initiatives.
- Develop scalable data solutions with Databricks, Azure, GCP, Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL.
- Provide technical leadership throughout architecture, implementation, deployment, and optimization phases.
- Establish data governance and security practices using capabilities such as Unity Catalog.
- Translate enterprise business and technical requirements into robust architectural solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on cloud, data, analytics, and AI transformation strategies.
- Support infrastructure automation and deployment through Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, implementation planning, and architectural decision-making.
