Accountabilities
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, generative AI applications, LLM solutions, and autonomous systems.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into backlogs, user stories, technical requirements, and roadmaps.
- Own Data and AI initiatives through strategy, architecture, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Design modular, scalable, reusable Data and AI components for enterprise environments.
- Apply data quality, lifecycle, privacy, governance, security, and production-readiness practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead demonstrations, architecture discussions, technical workshops, and stakeholder conversations.
- Identify improvements to enterprise data ecosystems and opportunities to scale advanced AI.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture and implementation decisions.
- Communicate Data and AI concepts clearly and align solutions with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and cloud-native data-platform foundations.
- Experience with agentic AI, generative AI, LLM applications, or intelligent autonomous workflows.
- Ability to convert business requirements into backlogs, user stories, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Knowledge of data quality, lifecycle management, privacy, governance, and stewardship.
- Ability to architect modular and scalable Data and AI components.
- Technical leadership and client-facing advisory experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work independently and own complex multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Interest in emerging AI, enterprise transformation, innovation, and production-ready solutions.
