- Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures
- Follow procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents
- Assist and provide guidance to other technicians
- Complete required training and observe experienced technicians
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
- Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Overview
- As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will stage, set up and perform hardware deployments.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
