Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water systems, and DX systems.
- Conduct routine testing and maintenance of standby generators, including fuel system checks and battery health monitoring.
- Maintain and service pumps, motors, HVAC ventilation systems, and fire suppression mechanical components.
- Prepare detailed daily shift reports, incident logs, and maintenance checklists in a clear and professional manner.
- Act as a first responder to mechanical failures, diagnose root causes, and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Supervise third-party contractors during preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with facility standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within data centers or high-availability industrial environments.
- **Must be based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle for site-to-site support.**
- Technical Expertise:
- Solid understanding of chilled water systems, DX systems, generators, and fire suppression systems.
- Highly dedicated, reliable, and capable of working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment when required.
