Program Description

This is a remote traineeship for a Data Analyst Trainee supporting healthcare data collection, cleaning, organization, and analysis.

The trainee will prepare reports and visual summaries to help teams and partners understand key trends.

The role contributes to analytical projects under guidance and involves collaboration with senior analysts.

Daily Activities

  • Collect, clean, and organize healthcare-related data from various sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports and visual summaries.
  • Work with spreadsheets or analytics tools and document methodologies.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to validate findings.
  • Communicate insights clearly and follow data quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and foundational data analytics abilities are required.
  • A basic understanding of statistics and data modeling is required.
  • Clear communication skills are required for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory data analysis tools is required.
  • SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree is required.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare and global markets, and the ability to learn quickly are required.

Workplace

  • The traineeship is remote.
