Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee will work with data preparation, statistical analysis, data modeling, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder communication.
The role includes collaboration with senior analysts and learning best practices in healthcare data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and assist with data model development.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document analysis processes and collaborate with senior analysts.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are expected for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree is preferred.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time, and maintain attention to detail is expected.
