Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee works with global data and stakeholders while learning best practices in healthcare data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and assist in developing data models.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document analysis processes.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and learn healthcare data analytics best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are needed to present insights and collaborate with teams.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree is preferred.
- The candidate should work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
