Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee will contribute to healthcare data analytics while learning best practices and collaborating with senior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and assist with data model development.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document analysis processes and collaborate with senior analysts.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are needed to present insights and collaborate with teams.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one analysis or visualization tool is beneficial.
- A degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time, and maintain attention to detail is expected.
