The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decisions for healthcare and partner-provider projects.
The role involves data collection, cleaning, organization, analysis, modeling, reporting, and communication of findings.
The trainee will collaborate with senior analysts and learn healthcare data analytics practices.
Data Analysis Duties
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis.
- Assist in developing data models.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document analysis processes.
- Collaborate with senior analysts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling.
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool such as Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
