Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee will collect, clean, and organize data, perform basic statistical analysis, and assist with data model development.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are required for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool, such as Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- The candidate should be able to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
