Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee will work with data preparation, analysis, modeling, reporting, visualization, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and assist with data model development.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations that communicate findings.
- Document analysis processes and collaborate with senior analysts.
- Learn best practices in healthcare data analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are needed for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
