Role Description
The Data Analysis Trainee traineeship is a remote role supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects.
The trainee will work with healthcare data, internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and assist with data modeling.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Document analysis processes and collaborate with senior analysts.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics are required.
- Understanding of statistics and basic proficiency in data modeling are required.
- Effective communication skills are required for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
- Independent work, time management, and attention to detail are expected.
Tools and Education
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one of Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
