Role overview
Contribute to existing and new product solutions focused on product security within the Monitoring and Diagnostics division of Grid Automation.
Work across the full cycle from specification of new solutions through testing and delivery.
Typical projects include substation SCADA systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the secure development lifecycle for all Monitoring and Diagnostics products and projects.
- Perform security assessments, threat modeling, static code analysis, security reviews, and test strategy definition.
- Define security requirements, high-level designs, and secure deployment guides.
- Coordinate software teams and prepare cybersecurity artifacts for new product introduction technical reviews.
- Maintain compliance documents and product roadmaps aligned with IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and IEEE 1686.
- Own cybersecurity roadmap execution and implement vulnerability and incident processes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology from an accredited university.
- At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity design, implementation, and applications.
- At least 4 years of experience in software design and implementation.
