Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide outstanding support to resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include delivering technical assistance, addressing client concerns promptly, and maintaining customer relationships through excellent interpersonal communication.

You will also work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on providing exceptional assistance tailored to client needs
  • Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Technical Support expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and improve services
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate customer service processes or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
