- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Assist during filming, manage footage and digital assets
- Support post production workflows, including basic editing, version control, and preparing video content for digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align video content with campaign objectives
- Maintain content libraries and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Occasional coverage of events and property showcases, capturing visual content that highlights Grovy's projects
Requirements
- Skills in Video Production and Video Post Production, including planning, shooting, and assisting with editing workflows
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Digital Media, including social platforms, content formats, and basic analytics
- Experience using video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field are beneficial

Role Description
- The Video Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for supporting end to end video production for Grovy's marketing, branding, and stakeholder communication initiatives.
- This role involves coordinating pre production planning, scheduling shoots, organizing locations and equipment, and liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- The Video Coordinator will assist during filming, manage footage and digital assets, and support post production workflows, including basic editing, version control, and preparing video content for digital channels.
Daily Tasks
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align video content with campaign objectives.
