- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content that showcases Grovy’s projects, brand story, and initiatives across digital platforms
- Organize footage, apply color grading, integrate motion graphics, and refine audio to create polished marketing and corporate videos
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand creative briefs and develop visual concepts
- Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs
- Help optimize content for social media
- Maintain a well organized asset library
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to enhance production quality
Requirements
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end to end video workflows
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling
- Experience with industry standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
- Basic audio editing and sound design skills
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for composition and pacing
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Video Editor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into compelling video content that showcases Grovy’s projects, brand story, and initiatives across digital platforms.
- Day to day tasks include organizing footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and refining audio to create polished marketing and corporate videos.
- The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand creative briefs, develop visual concepts, and ensure brand consistency in all video outputs.
- The Video Editor will also help optimize content for social media, maintain a well organized asset library, and stay current with industry trends and tools to enhance production quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end to end video workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience with industry standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Basic audio editing and sound design skills to ensure clear, balanced, and engaging soundtracks.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an eye for composition and pacing.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is an advantage.
