Role Description
- Understand customer needs and design end to end solutions that align with Grovy's real estate offerings.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and technical teams to develop proposals and solution documentation.
- Conduct requirements workshops, map customer journeys, optimize business processes, and advise clients on best practices.
- Manage key customer relationships, support post sales implementation, and refine solution architecture based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, customer centric solutions.
- Consulting and Business Process skills with experience in requirements gathering and process optimization.
- Presales skills including proposal development, technical presentations, and demos.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in solution architecture or customer facing technical roles, ideally in real estate or property technology.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Salary
- AED 700/month
