- Shoot and edit video content
- Conduct on camera and off camera interviews
- Write scripts and story outlines
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align content with brand messaging
- Cover project milestones, events, and announcements, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging visual storytelling
- Maintain equipment, manage media assets, and follow ethical and legal standards in reporting and content creation
Requirements
- Strong skills in Video Journalism and Broadcasting for news style storytelling and on camera or on site coverage
- Practical skills in Video Production and Shooting Video, including camera operation, sound, lighting, and basic editing
- Solid Writing skills for scripts, captions, storyboards, and clear, audience focused narratives
- Relevant bachelor's degree in journalism, media, communications, film, or a related field is preferred
- Experience creating video content for digital platforms, social media, or news organizations, ideally within real estate or business reporting
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with digital content workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on site, collaborate across teams, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and comfort working in a multicultural environment; fluency in English required, additional languages are an asset

Role Description
- Research, plan, and produce video stories that highlight Grovy’s projects, initiatives, and community impact across digital and broadcast platforms.
- Daily responsibilities include shooting and editing video content, conducting on camera and off camera interviews, writing scripts and story outlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align content with brand messaging.
- Cover project milestones, events, and announcements, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging visual storytelling.
- Maintain equipment, manage media assets, and follow ethical and legal standards in reporting and content creation.
