Position Overview
Join CreditCare Credit Management LLC as a Senior Customer Service Agent focused on sales and customer support.
Handle customer inquiries, promote credit and financial services, and help clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support.
- Promote financial products and close leads.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately update customer records in the CRM.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in finance or credit.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Target-driven, team-oriented, and confident in negotiation.
- Familiarity with UAE credit management practices is a bonus.
- Basic computer and CRM software skills.
- The source title identifies Arabic and French speaking capability.
