Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site position located in Dubai for a Customer Success Manager specializing in Business Development within HR Consulting Services.
  • The role involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving client retention, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Day to day responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their HR needs, providing tailored solutions, analyzing client feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior service and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service.
  • Proven expertise in Relationship Building and nurturing long term client partnerships.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in HR consulting, business development, or client facing roles.
  • Understanding of GCC employment regulations and HR landscape is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
