About the Role

- Assist in resolving basic order issues (blocks, delays, discrepancies) under supervision
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities related to order management
Requirements
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 upper intermediate level) with strong communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience using SAP (plus)

A Day in the Life
- As an Intern, you will join the Customer Care & Order Operations team in Saudi Arabia and gain hands on experience in managing customer orders and ensuring high service quality.
- You will support daily operations, interact with internal teams, and learn how to handle order processing in SAP systems.
- This internship will give you exposure to real business operations and help you build strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

- Start date: 1st August 2026
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
