Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Role Overview
The Personal Finance Advisor will manage customer debt accounts and negotiate with banks on settlement and restructuring matters.
The role provides financial advice and debt management solutions while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts involving credit cards, loans, and other liabilities.
- Negotiate settlements and restructuring directly with banks and financial institutions.
- Prepare settlement proposals, follow up through closure, and maintain accurate client records.
- Build relationships with banking representatives and meet monthly performance and recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in financial advisory, debt management, or credit settlement.
- Proven experience negotiating with banks in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking and credit policies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
